Frequently Asked Questions
Does the parent(s) have to pay?
We ask that everyone pays just like any other venue you should visit. For example: amusement parks, theaters, etc. Our insurance requires us to charge everyone that comes into our facility since we are set up like an amusement park. Our attractions accommodate and bring a lot of joy to many of the parents so we ask that you respect our prices.
Can a supervising adult stay in the parking lot while the child plays in the Park?
We are sorry but we can't allow that. Our facility is not set up to be a drop-off venue for minors and our insurance does not cover this. Though we have come to find that kids of various ages have really enjoyed having their parents with them.
Do you offer memberships, season passes or discounts?
After great thought, we won't be able to offer any of these this season yet. We do, however, offer freebies and giveaways! Our last one was very successful where we posted on Facebook and asked parents to take a picture of their kid enjoying a book, and the kid was given a free park pass. A freebie can also be non-park related like Broadway tickets. Stay tuned on our Facebook for our Giveaways and Freebies!
Do you host any Camps?
Not yet. We do enjoy being one of the venues a camp has to offer for their summer's We host many field trips from camps , day cares and track out groups along with home school groups from 4 counties.
What is your Adult per Child ratio for groups?
Our general rule of thumb is one adult to five kids. The exceptions to this is age and the maturity of the kids. Our only requirement is that every child has supervision by a caring adult. So if one feels capable of watching ten kids, and is able to do it well, we won't ask you to find more supervision.
