Due to demand we have decided to temporarily disable this online form feature. We are getting a lot more emails and messages from everyone than what we originally anticipated. Unfortunately, I'm too busy cleaning up the park to answer the hundreds of messages (literally, not figuratively) that we get on a weekly basis. Fortunately enough, everyone has been asking these questions that I will answer for you now.
Q. When will the Park re-open?
A. It is still too soon to give everyone a definite date. We hope very much to get this project done ASAP because we miss seeing everyone and I can not wait till we can just have one BIG community reunion.
Q. Do you have an idea of when the Park will be open? Will it be this (month) or this (season)?
A. We have a general goal in mind but will not be saying anything until we get a little bit closer to finishing the job of cleaning up the park. We have always felt it is our duty to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere that is and will always be beloved by the community. The minute we finish replicating that once again, I will reach out to everyone from our mailing list to the general public via Facebook/website and give you the Park's re-opening date.
Q. I'm a (teacher, daycare employee/owner, coordinator for (blank)) and am looking to book the Park for my (class, daycare, group). We usually book x-amount of months in advance and would like to know if the park will be open at least x-amount of months from now.
A. We are very sorry, but we will not be advertising or booking field trips for anyone until after we re-open. We understand that this will not work for your school or group, and are very saddened by the fact that we might not be an option for your class/group fieldtrip.
Q. I am thinking about having my daughter's/son's birthday at the Park. We have had her/his birthday at the Park for the last three years and would like to continue this tradition. I understand that you have said that the Park will remain closed until further notice. I promise not to ruin the surprise but can you please tell me when that might be?
A. We will be telling everyone when we get closer to finishing the job of cleaning up the park. I'm sorry for this disappointment, but we will not be notifying just one of you without telling everyone who has asked about the Park's re-opening.
In conclusion,
I, LeeAnn from the Desk of Ann, promise with my whole heart that the second we have a definite date for the Park's re-opening celebration and reunion, I will notify you. Without delay. Please understand that I really want to finish this job and get this wonderful place opened for everyone. Please also understand that my crew and I have been very busy every single day trying to accomplish the same goal. We are very close to accomplishing this goal.
